Valerie

"When overthinking, overwhelm, and money issues collide, it's more than just stress."

Money stress and ADHD have a way of showing up everywhere: in your relationships, your self-worth, the way you talk to yourself when things feel out of control. I work with young adults and early-career women who are managing a lot, and trying to figure out why it still feels like not enough.

My approach is practical and collaborative. We get underneath the overwhelm, understand the patterns, and build tools that work for how your brain is actually wired. If you're ready to slow down and finally make sense of it, I'd love to connect.

Outside of work, I like playing softball, weightlifting, reading personal finance books, and serving as a Board member on a children's healthcare nonprofit.
